Community Drop-in Art Activities

Main Space, North Wall
June-August 2025

Welcome! This area of the gallery is yours!

Creating Art From What We Have is a space to play, make, and remember. All summer, the gallery is facilitating open-ended, hands-on art activities using everyday things. We explore how art can grow from what we keep, reuse, share and leave behind. Let’s see how we create from the bits and pieces of our lives.

This project is a reminder that in this economy creativity can be a quiet form of empowerment. Here, empowerment is in the choice to make meaning from what’s already ours.
